Use a TTS reader. My favorite free TTS reader is NaturalReaders.
Why is it my favorite?
- It's AI TTS reader so there's a ton of different voices to choose from
- Free to use ( with some of the voices ). It's the best free option out there and arguably the best paid as well.
- There's Apple and Android apps and a chrome extension as well but.. the Chrome extension is not the best. I'd say copying and pasting long text into the app or the link below is better.
Anyhow..
TTS Makes going through a "loooong" post more manageable when you can have the computer read to you at whatever speed.
Might be just a greatbam thing because I do have have a learning disability ADHD. "my mother had me tested" as a kid so I'm not making this up 🙂 and at least one of my kids has it too. He's a much more manageable kid when he's taken his medicine than not.
Greatbam short history : Books didn't capture my attention as a kid ( until Harry Potter ) so I'm not the fastest reader. As an adult I'm still not the fastest reader but thankfully there's audiobooks where you can adjust speed. As soon as I found out about audible my book consumption changed drastically.
I think what's beneficial about TTS readers is that they can engage multiple senses ( visual and auditory ) to help more easily focus on the message being communicated.
