Simply put, Dune and Wicked have very little in common. . .

Dune has tons of source material to work with, they could easily create 2-3 seasons of a TV show with each books material.

Wicked on the other hand, I am more worried that it will be like 'The Hobbit' where they create 3 movies out of source material that was just not all that engaging.


Of note,
If people start talking about how great Wicked is and how I have to go see it right away, I will go see it Thxgiving weekend. But the movie being 5 hours long split into two parts has me less interested for the time being. But like all opinions, my opinion can change.
