To preface, I am a recruiter - executive search consultant for the energy industry - to be specific.
I place about 20 people a year in better positions than they were in before - some make millions off of these new jobs. With only the exception of board members that are 60+ years old, all of them are active on LinkedIn.
There are many ways to find these individuals, but LinkedIn is used extensively in my industry.
I’m not sure what the expectations are, but as far as I’m concerned it is a fantastic tool for anyone looking to grow their career or income.
