IMO, the best thing about Utah's loss to Arizona has nothing to do with the
rivalry. It means that BYU now won't overlook Arizona. Prior to the UU-AZ game, many people were assuming a BYU win against AZ. That could have been a serious mistake.
I have been a fan long enough to know that BYU is most successful when they are underdogs and when they take the other team seriously. Overconfidence is the bane of BYU sports.
