ACC (well, at least their members who'll be eventually poached before we smash them into another Pac; we know their days are numbered, so we don't mind promoting them as the clear #3 conf for the time being.)

Iow, we're gonna make it more attractive to be among the 3-4 big boyz in the G6 than a member of the super-competitive Big12(16).
