out in Provo canyon recently. College kids left it burning on a windy evening. The river was 10 yards away and they were too lazy to extinguish it.

Not saying you were irresponsible, but campfire enforcement is a really good thing to see.

If everyone was ticketed, it would send a message. Groups would be better at policing themselves knowing that they would all be ticketed instead of pinning it on one guy.
