I agree with Kirk Herbstreet. Like the NFL there needs to be a CBA (collective bargaining agreement). Yes, there will be "guaranteed" money but most of it will be "non guaranteed". I can't imagine collectives continuing to pay athletes who are constantly injured or refuse to play.

Wealthy men who sign these checks to the collectives didn't become wealthy by being stupid with their money. They're going to expect a ROI.

I imagine changes will be made soon once these problems start to affect SEC teams.
