A lot of Asian dishes work well on the Blackstone.

Stir fried noodles like pad see ew, fried rice, Korean bbq, Korean veggie pancakes or okonomiyaki, and stuff like that.

Fave is brisket but to branch out try some jerky, tri tip or smoked cream cheese

Tri-Tip on the smoker, any breakfast on the griddle.

I've always wanted a pizza oven, but I found using the smoker as a poor-mans wood-fired oven works awesome.

Tri-tip is my fav. And I find it's incredibly easy and fast to smoke chicken breasts that even retain moisture through

Two completely different cookers. Use the Traeger to smoke meat - ribs, brisket, pork butt.

Favorite on Traeger is jalapeño poppers and brisket. Blackstone smash burgers
