You can bet each game in many ways.

The most common are:

1 - Money line bet - you bet for the winner no matter what the spread is. You can bet BYU to win or Baylor to win. This is shown like this... "BYU +130" or Baylor -130. To bet on BYU you have to bet 100 to win 130. For Baylor you have to bet 130 to win 100.

2 - bet the spread. For this game if you bet BYU, BYU gets 2.5 points. So, if BYU wins straight up or loses by 1 or 2 points, you win the bet. Opposite for Baylor.

3- bet the over/under. Bet if the total points added together will be over or under 45.5
