a ruptured spleen where the patient was bleeding out and visibility was poor, etc. But that isn't the case. It was a nonemergent surgery that on the surface appears completely avoidable. Sounds like the surgical staff had no faith in this guy and yet the hospital still let him practice. This guy may go to prison.
