Taken by ambulance to er yesterday afternoon .Nothing broken that we know of. She is very bruised and has badly scraped elbow. Hand is also badly swollen.

Need a doctor who will cooperate with a PI matter by writing a report. Any lawyers know a good doctor?

Very frustrating because she is preparing to leave on a mission after this semester at BYU (her first). Already has her call. Is missing a lot of classes, assignments and her first big test tomorrow.

She was in the middle of the crosswalk with the green walk light when a guy turned into her. He was cited.

Obviously, the first concern is her health and emotional wellbeing, but my (retired) legal mind can’t help but consider liability and compensation issues.
