That would be a bad deal. Memphis is only going to leave if it puts them in a
better financial situation, and I doubt that the PAC's current TV situation would offset the millions of dollars that they would have to pay in exit fees. But I also understand why the PAC would take the position they couldn't afford to pay any more than that.
