The division 4 years in a row. John Fisher is terrible but Oakland has not supported the A’s well. Warriors and Raiders do not have the same fanbase. Obviously there is a lot of overlap but the Warriors are the only Bay Area basketball team and Raiders have always had a large west coast fan base with Tons of fans in LA that traveled to Oakland. Filling a stadium for 8 Sundays for a football game is very different than 81 baseball games. Different kinds of fans and they have to be local.

When the Sacramento Rivercats were their minor league affiliate, there were often days that the Rivercats had better attendance.
