receive a lot of NIL and others nothing. I haven't seen a challenge yet of unequal treatment. Why? NIL does not come from the school. I don't think Title IX touches NIL. I've always viewed Title IX as requiring equal numbers of male and female athletes (hence why we have more women's teams). Would a football team count against those numbers if they did not receive university benefits (tuition, room and board)? If not, it makes sense to take football players off scholarship. I'm interested in knowing the answer to that question.
