Is this the worst call on a kickoff return in the history of football?
Utah returner catches the kickoff, momentum takes him into the end zone, he comes out of the end zone right in front of the official and then goes back into the end zone and takes a knee. The ref initially calls a touchback, and then after a meeting of the mensa minds they give the ball to Utah at the 1.
