But in reality, it would be pretty funny. And you all know it. We aren’t a good team or program, and won’t be under the current administration. Bad to average at best. ‘20 and ‘21 WERE very artificially inflated. Whether you can accept it or not. And to me, it’s like, who cares whether we go 5-6, or 6-5? Playing in the “Cactus Cooler Bowl” in sunny Casa Grande, AZ against a 6-5 Louisiana-Lafayette makes no difference to me, than not playing a bowl game at all. It just doesn’t.

And neither does winning or losing to whatever a “Southern Illinois” is. Again, we will kill them and everyone will think we are bound for a good season. LOL.

If we were a good team/program, with a great, non lame duck coach, who would be gone by now at literally ANY OTHER P5 school, except its BYU, and KS knows what to say and how to act to protect his hot seat, then I would care more than most anyone if we lost to whatever Southern Illinois is. A Salukis? Is that right? Whatever that is….
