I spoke to an acquaintance today whose sibling works with the BYU 🏀 team. (This I have known for quite a while) They told me a little about the differences between Pope and KY, and how their sibling is really excited to be retained and working under KY. The depth of knowledge with all the assistant coaches is allowing for much more attention to detail already, and the recruiting has changed from our traditional areas to a worldwide network.

They also informed me that their other sibling is one of if not the main guy at Utah Prep.(This is the part I learned today) They see a very good relationship continuing to grow between the 2 schools. This could be an amazing pipeline moving forward.

*Also, AJ’s parents are very religious and they absolutely love the family and religious atmosphere that BYU offers. Fingers crossed! 🤞

I have no reason to doubt this person. If true, this is some great news.
