Well if SDSU is delivering all of Southern California....
Truthfully, it may be more about having home games in key recruiting areas (like Dallas and So Cal) than it is about anything these two schools are bringing to the table.
Just like Utah was able to bring a non-religious 12th team to the PAC thirteen years ago.
