My wife still has hard feelings with how hard her mom was with her during her piano days. So when my kids wanted out she was ok with it. I had them hang in a little longer but it didn’t last long.

My son leaves on a mission July 15. He is wishing he could play and has sat down some messing around the last couple weeks. My daughter stoped, and I think wishes she did not. She plays when she can on her mission now.

I think part of my wife’s not wanting to push our kids is that she felt she would be like her mom was. She wanted that less than she wanted our kids to play the piano.
