These kinds of lists are always silly and pointless. They always depend on data
points that are so general that they're basically meaningless to any individual experience. Yes, crime is way higher than it should be in SLC..... but 95% of the people who live there never encounter it in a way that it impacts their quality of life.
Similar points can be made for a lot of the places on the list.
