minneapolis is a great city! St Paul is cool too. Beautiful, clean, great food, interesting and somewhat unique culture w a strong Scandinavian and Lutheran influence. Definitely got that Midwestern friendly wholesome people feel. Winters are brutal, no other way to put it. But summers are awesome and fall lasts longer than you think. Great sports scene w Vikings and Twins. Fishing is out of this world, boundary waters canoeing/fishing.. 5 lb + smallmouth bass by the boatload. If you can handle the winters it's a great life.
