Who is talking about internships? Sitake was a position coach at Eastern AZ, and
a position coach at Southern Utah, and he was an actual DI football player for 5 years at BYU and had an audition in the NFL. Howell was never a DI athlete, and he was a coach at a 3A high school in Ogden.
But you're right, there's basically no difference whatsoever between their resumes, they're exactly the same.
