That would all be true if he hadn't already gotten a job well above what
anyone would expect based on his resume. That's what gets people worried when dumb speculation like this gets thrown out there. I have no animus against Howell, I treat him as one of our guys, and I obviously hope he's spectacularly successful as BYU's DC. I haven't seen him get crapped on here, I've see very true assessments of the thinness of his resume.
