If you've been able to convince yourself that Howell and Sitake have comparable
resumes, I'm not sure what to say, I guess. Howell has quickly progressed at one school with a somewhat dubious recent history of internal promotions. I think Sitake's path to where he's at currently has objectively required him to prove more.
