2 things are clear

1. We don't know the lord's opinion on the topic.
2. Even if we did know his opinion we wouldn't know what that would mean.

I tend to go with a combo of theories above that the lord cares about all of his children and wants them to succeed in their righteous endeavors. Sometimes I wonder how righteous sports are but can accept them for what they are. I wonder how proud the lord would be of those of us who spend so much time discussing things like this (and even discussing sports to the extent that we do) when we have many other things that we could/should do (not trying to be sanctimonious as I am clearly guilty).

That being said, I love my Utes, can cheer for the Cougs and really wish that my Mets could find some decent relief pitching.
