that's what the pols are counting on...
it's economic mutual assured destruction...but they are getting taken to the cleaners in the deal.
we get their durable goods and oil, they get our "promise" of value that we keep depreciating by printing/borrowing more and more of it...paper and ink or "promises" to pay you tuesday for a hamburger today are easy to make.
