It just so happens that I work for the SLCO Assessor's

office. It is a fairly accurate system in SL County. All valuations are done as of Jan 1 of given tax year so you may get a different valuation depending on the effective date. I would still get with a real estate professional for a more accurate valuation, especially if your home is unique.
