If you just want a few (up to 4) half-decent*** tickets in west side benches then joining the Bronze level Cougar Club is the best way to go.

If you want to buy east side seats you have to be Gold level or higher. No one I've talked to has ever said being Silver or Gold level on the west side has helped them get better seats than Bronze level members

***By half decent I mean that I've been a CC Bronze member and season ticket holder since 2002 and my seats have slowly been getting worse. I started in upper half of Section 8 near the 10 yard line and I'm now in the lower half of Section 108 near the goal line.
