I tried to be a tough guy and run my normal 4 mile route 3 times in the snow and succeeded. Problem is, I have runner's nipple now. Apparently it happened from over-exercising and my clothes being wet. Don't try and be a tough guy, it hurts. I don't know how I am going to sleep tonight.
