One line-item: Big donor cash into revenue....

...just the same way that they are now upgrading Amon-Carter stadium again. Big donor $$$$

They don't have a huge fanbase to buy tix, nor a huge alumni base, but they have the old-school big donors from back in the SWC days to fund what they want and need.
