I've had to take it once, and it was awesome. I'd had a cold earlier and I got over the cold but was left with severe laryngitis. After about a month with no improvement, lots of pain, and frustration, I got put on a 5 day course of Prednisone. Took down the inflammation and fixed my laryngitis. I didn't like the jumpiness that I felt on it, but man it provided such relief for my laryngitis it was amazing
