I'd agree with this. I usually go through the 1 star and then middle star
reviews to get an idea. If the one stars are unreasonable, e.g. didn't arrive on time, product had a slight blemish on the back side that nobody would see, etc. I disregard them and look for the ones that are actually meaningful. Glad it doesn't skew your results terribly, but if I was looking at this from the consumer side, I'd say the client was dumb and had unreasonable expectations.
