Florida has made me soft
I workout at an open gym. I’d much rather workout in 90 degree weather than 38 degrees. When it’s cold and you do cardio your lungs burn. When it’s hot your muscles are just warmer and you sweat more.

I'd love a low of 40 right now. I'd also love a high of 40 too. Neither is predicted in the next 2 weeks for me.
