Honestly, hard to fault his decision. He made money. There are certainly non quantifiable
costs to moving and uprooting your family.
But rates have been high for awhile now and that isn't helping anyone who has struggled recently. Also hurts that inflation has made wages worth less. Hopefully he lands on his feet.
