I honestly think it needs more staggering.

Last year Dallin Hall was probably our most important player (not best, but we needed him the most with our lack of other ball handling). This year I struggle with how many minutes he is playing.

He is 2nd on the team in minutes per game.

He is 8th in PPG, 2nd in apg, 6th in rpg, 6th in steals per game, last in blocks per game, 2nd in TOV per game (lines up with assists).

With advanced stats he is 8th in TS%, 9th (all stats among regulars only) in Win Shares per/48, 10th in box score +/-, 8th in total win shares, 7th in Net Rating.

We talk a lot about the "young" guys struggling this year in some games. But Hall has been flat out bad and is in his 3rd year starting with the team. We can argue about the why, but until I see him and Demin play together and gel consistently I don't like to see them on the court at the same time.
