Some of the lineups at the end of games are atrocious but that's its purpose. They'll play inexperienced guys over their vets right now in key minutes for a dual purpose: 1. Develop the youngsters. 2. Tank for a better draft pick.

I wouldn't be surprised to see this team (after *hopefully* good draft picks, a couple trades and the development of the guys we currently have) back in the playoffs in about 2-3 years.
