I think it's all 3. Sitake's "love and learn" atmosphere seems perfect for him
I know many BYU fans hate Sitake's approach and think BYU can't win with a guy like Sitake, but I disagree with them.
If you were a parent of a kid being recruited by BYU, wouldn't you love the idea of him playing for a coach like Sitake? We need more of that attitude in the world rather than less and being a good guy doesn't exempt from winning.
