That would make sense given that the issue has not been fully decided as of now.
However, an injunction, or whatever lawyerly term needs to be applied in this situation, is typically only granted if the judge believes there's a good chance the plaintiff will prevail.



My initial knee jerk reaction to this case was, "Dude, grow up already and move on with life," but he makes a compelling case that athletes aren't dinged in eligibility years for playing at prep schools, and juco's aren't governed by the NCAA the same as prep schools.
