Having almost 10 kids, it is hard to get to sleep at a decent time, so we set up the kids to watch Christmas movies when they wake up, which isn't too early. Whenever we wake up, we go make breakfast and then clean up.
When this is done, we then open presents. We usually start around noon-1:00 pm and finish around 4:00. We don't have anyone to visit, and we would do it differently if we had to visit Grandma or something.
