Speaking of Kale –
I did work for an event that had 600+ attend. The event provided lunch for everyone. The leadership was a little snobby about their menu and purchased/gave everyone a $7 kale side salad. They looked tasty. I tried mine and decided that I was not a fan of kale. It tasted awful. Apparently, I wasn't the only one. It appeared that the lunch decision-makers wasted about $4k on salads that nobody ate.
