It’s the same teams that keep winning though.
The ACC had two power programs, The Big 10 has 3-4 and the SEC has 5-6. These power programs shape the reputation of the conferences. The problem is the Big 12 doesn’t have a blue chip program.
But top to bottom the Big 12 is as good as the Big 10 and ACC.
