have to capitalize next year with big wins. The OP implied BYU will now perpetually get big time made for TV games and thus become another good reason for recruits to come to BYU. And I was simply saying it'll take more than just AJ next year to keep getting those kinds of games. BYU will have to win with AJ to build up the team brand and not just the AJ brand and that's what will help attract more 5 star guys like AJ in the future to keep the TV networks wanting to feature BYU in big time match ups. In other words, it's going to take more than just AJ playing at BYU for one year to join the Blue Blood ranks.

One would have thought that after Jimmermania erupted and swept the nation, it would have led to BYU attracting more talent that could have sustained BYU as a Sweet 16 or better type of team, but that never really panned out at all.

Hopefully all the positive momentum BYU has now and is expected to get with AJ will be more sustainable going forward after AJ.
