Disagree. The exit fees are unlawful penalties with no correlation to the
MWC's harm or loss from exiting members. They are penalties to coerce members to remain in the MWC and to punish those that leave. They are likely to be found unenforceable because of public policy on unlawful punitive contract penalties. Slam dunk if SDSU and Fresno State file in California court.
