Get much, much better on the OL so you don't have to keep your TEs in to block so much. Get the TEs constantly out in short to mid range patterns. They are matchup nightmares, especially if they can run.

What has killed TE usage is ARod's poor offensive line blocking that necessitates a TE remain to block so we don't get sacked.

Retzlaff would be much better against the blitz, too, if he always knew he could dump it off to a TE for 7-8 yards
