The MWC that we were a part of was a lot different than the current version.
Only Colorado St, UNLV, New Mexico, Air Force, San Diego State and Wyoming remain.
The other half of the conference (Boise, Hawaii, Nevada, Utah State, San Jose State, Fresno State) were with us in the WAC for a bit (Hawaii 20 years, Fresno 7 years, San Jose State 3 years) or not at all (BSU, Nevada, USU).
Utah, TCU, and BYU were each as successful and/or more valuable than any of the six who have come in to replace them.
And now that the Pac 12 is being revived with BSU, CSU, SDSU, FSU, and USU, the MW really is trash.
And the WAC is dead.
