I remember they had a 59 cent menu back in the mid 90s
That menu included tacos, bean burritos, pinto & cheese, quesadilla, chilitos, cinnamon twists, and other stuff. Lunch for under $4 was great.
My favorite item there, which they no longer sell, is the chilito. It was a burrito sized tortilla, warmed, and a scoop of chili and then shredded cheddar cheese put on it. Sort of a chili burrito. Hence, "chilito".

Theres only so much you can do with ground beef, a tortilla, and cheese. They've origami'ed just about every shape.
