Some pretty interesting nuggets in this podcast with Justin Young
One interesting tidbit is that initially when the coaching staff started they were pretty liberal in extending offers in people that felt like they fit in to what they wanted to do, but now they focus their recruitment efforts on a select few. He talked about how the family support system is the commonality among all the recruits they have signed so far.
Not totally new intel, but he also talked about how critical Travis Hansen was in Egor Demin's recruitment efforts. If you are big into BYU Basketball it is definitely worth a listen.
