The offensive scheme is flexible enough to do a lot of different things with the ball, including throwing to the TEs when they are the guys you want to give the targets to. When your strength is at receivers, like it has been pretty much ever since we got Puka, Chase, Lassiter, etc coming through the program, the ball goes elsewhere.
