I served in the Ireland Dublin Mission
in the 90s. It covered Ireland and N Ireland, but Scotland was its own separate mission.
There have been lots of different configurations. Just previous to that N Ireland was with Scotland and Ireland was by itself.
Currently Ireland is so hard to get a visa for, it’s mostly EU members serving there and Americans mostly stay in Scotland.
