You can buy a "gaming computer" as labeled, and it will have a GPU. You can also buy a GPU on its own to put in
...an existing computer (i.e. desktop, mid tower, tower, etc.).
I'm assuming you don't already have one, though, which is why you're asking about the gaming computer. Another option is to buy all the parts you want and build your own. You might save a little money, but more importantly you will likely end up with a better result.
